Frankfurt, September 5, 2019 – enomyc was again part of the ICU Scholarship Final in Frankfurt. The scholarship of the QX-Quarterly Crossing Network of Excellence for students of all disciplines supports leadership talent by making them visible to top decision makers and by participating in various events. The QX network has been in existence since 1995 and now has over 2,000 members ranging from students to board members.
The 40 participating students and founders demonstrated their social, intellectual, and emotional abilities in group challenges, company workshops, and own workshops. Following the group challenges, the participants chose between company workshops offered by Andersch, Telekom, and enomyc.
A “design sprint” was carried out in the enomyc workshop. This methodology from product development is part of the “design thinking” concept and serves to accelerate the market launch of innovations. Within the framework of a creative and dynamic process, the 20 participants could be assessed in a relatively short period of time, especially with regard to their social competence and creativity. The focus was on values such as team spirit, persuasiveness, enthusiasm, and empathy.
After a 60-minute working session, the three groups pitched their innovative design sprint results in front of the whole group.
Afterwards, four consultant personalities from enomyc – Dr. Axel Hermeier, Sebastian van Hunen, Dr. Daniel Tomic, and Felix Dosch – answered numerous questions from the participants on the topic “K&H Business Partner’s transformation to enomyc ” and their profession as consultants.
We look back on a successful day full of inspiring conversations and thank the QX network and all participants.
Congratulations to the winners of the ICU Scholarship!
